Job Definition:
To plan, direct, and coordinate the financial activities of the organization at the highest level of management, & to oversee corporate and institutional relations.
Tasks:
Coordinate and direct the financial planning, budgeting, procurement, or investment activities of all or part of an organization.
Develop internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting.
Prepare or direct preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, and/or reports required by regulatory agencies.
Advise management on short-term and long-term financial objectives, policies, and actions. Analyze the financial details of past, present, and expected operations in order to identify development opportunities and areas where improvement is needed.
Delegate authority for the receipt, disbursement, banking, protection, and custody of funds, securities, and financial instruments.
Evaluate needs for procurement of funds and investment of surpluses, and make appropriate recommendations.
Lead staff training and development in budgeting and financial management areas. Maintain current knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, federal and state policies and directives, and current accounting standards.
Supervise employees performing financial reporting, accounting, billing, collections, payroll, and budgeting duties.
Conduct or coordinate audits of company accounts and financial transactions to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements and statutes.
Develop and maintain relationships with banking, insurance, and non-organizational accounting personnel in order to facilitate financial activities.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of accounting and other financial staff; recommend and implement personnel actions such as promotions and dismissals.
Monitor financial activities and details such as reserve levels to ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met. Perform tax planning work.
Provide direction and assistance to other organizational units regarding accounting and budgeting policies and procedures, and efficient control and utilization of financial resources.
Receive and record requests for disbursements; authorize disbursements in accordance with policies and procedures.
Compute, withhold, and account for all payroll deductions.
Determine depreciation rates to apply to capitalized items, and advise management on actions regarding the purchase, lease, or disposal of such items. Prepare and file annual tax returns, or prepare financial information so that outside accountants can complete tax returns.
Receive cash and checks, and deposit funds.
Qualifications:
Position requires an MBA, with minimum of 3 years working experience. Background in accounting, finance or banking would be an added advantage.
Prior experience in general management, sales and or sales management would be an advantage. Excellent writing and communication skills are required. Must have the aptitude for business planning.

Group Manager, Property Services
Job Definition:
Plan, direct, coordinate, budget, and control activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, systems and estates. Participate in the conceptual development of development projects and oversee the related organization, scheduling, and implementation.
Tasks:
Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.
Direct and supervise workers.
Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer.
Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports.
Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
Select, contract, and oversee workers who complete specific pieces of the project, such as painting or plumbing.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Construction Management. Alternatively, 3 years experience in the construction industry following a good degree in Estate Management, Quantity Surveying (with an MBA), Architecture (with an MBA), Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering/Construction Management, Operations Research or Statistics would be appropriate.

Executive Assistant/Legal Secretary
Job Definition:
Provide high-level administrative support by conducting
research, preparing legal and statistical reports, handling information
requests, and providing counsel to the Chief Executive. Perform secretarial
duties utilizing legal terminology, procedures, and documents. Prepare legal
papers and correspondence. Assist with legal research in support of commercial
and institutional transactions. Assist the CEO in developing and driving
corporate strategy. May also train and supervise lower-level clerical staff.
Tasks:
Counsel the Chief Executive on new and ongoing transactions, and
investment opportunities.
Manage and maintain executives’ schedules.
Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other
meetings.
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, statements and other documents,
using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.

Civil Engineer/Building Technologist
Job Definition:
Perform engineering and technical duties in planning, designing, and
overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures, and related
facilities.
Tasks:
Analyze survey reports,. Maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography,
and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.
- Plan and design transportation or hydraulic systems and structures,
following construction and government standards, using design software and
drawing tools.
- Compute load and grade requirements, water flow rates, and material stress
factors to determine design specifications.
- Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design
specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
- Direct construction, operations, sand maintenance activities at project
site.
- Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish
reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.
- Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to
determine project feasibility.
- Prepare or present public reports, such as bid proposals, deeds
environmental impact statements, and property sand right-of-way descriptions.
- Test soils and materials to determine the adequacy and strength of
foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel.
- Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program

Qualifications:

Architect
Job Definition:
Plan and design structures, such as private residences, office buildings,
theaters, factories, and other structural property.
Tasks:
Prepare information regarding design structure specifications, materials,
color, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time.
Consult with client and colleagues to determine functional and spatial
requirements of structure.
Direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and
specification documents.
Plan layout of project.
Prepare contract documents for building contractors.
Prepare scale drawings.
Integrate engineering element into unified design.
Conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction to
monitor compliance with plans.
Administer construction contracts.
Represent client in obtaining bids and awarding construction contracts.
Qualifications:
B.Sc. (or preferably M.Sc) in Architecture with demonstrated
ability to design and develop building concepts.
Ability to use architectural design software (specifically ArchiCad) would

Quality & Productivity Manager
Job Definition:
Design, develop, and deploy effective systems for managing industrial production processes including human work factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics and material flow, cost analysis, and production coordination.
Tasks:
Deploy and maintain quality and productivity management disciplines such as Six Sigma, TQM or similar methodologies.
Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished products.
Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization.
